Regulations of Tulum Yal-Kú Plus

Minimum height: 120 cm / 3.9 ft
Not recommended for guests with limited mobility or walking difficulties
Single-use plastic containers are not allowed inside the archaeological site

Minors must be accompanied by an adult

Cancelation policies of Tulum Yal-Kú Plus

A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.

NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
