Regulations of Xplor + Xcaret Plus in One Day
Recommended minimum age: 5 years.
Some activities require a minimum height of 1.10 metres.
Some activities require a minimum weight of 40 kg.
Maximum weight for certain activities: 136 kg.
Toboganxote requires a minimum height of 1.30 metres.
The maximum combined weight per Toboganxote raft is 320 kg.
Some activities are not recommended during pregnancy.
Closed-toe or water shoes are mandatory.
Xplor from 9:00 a.m.
Transfer to Xcaret at 1:30 p.m.
Meeting point: Xplor ticket booths to board at Platform 1.
Xcaret operates until 10:00 p.m.
Both parks must be visited on the same day.
Advance reservation is mandatory and subject to availability.
The park combination, starting park and final park must be specified when booking.
Interpark transportation operates only at the established times.
Returning to the first park is not permitted.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Access may be denied due to lack of availability when no confirmed reservation exists.
Cancelation policies of Xplor + Xcaret Plus in One Day
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
