Regulations of Cenote Adventure, Private Experience

Private service with a minimum of 4 guests
Mandatory use of helmet and life jacket
Sunscreen and insect repellent are not allowed inside the caverns/cenote
Temazcal not recommended for children under 12
Not suitable for guests with limited mobility or claustrophobia
Activity subject to weather conditions
Itinerary schedule must be respected

Cancelation policies of Cenote Adventure, Private Experience

A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.

NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
