Regulations of Aktun Chen Zipline, Soar Over the Riviera Maya Jungle

Permitted age range: 4 to 70 years old.
Minimum height: 90 cm / 3 ft.
Minimum weight: 15 kg / 33 lb.
Participants must properly use all safety equipment provided.
Attendance at the safety briefing is mandatory before starting the course.
Guide instructions must be followed at all times while using the ziplines and hanging bridges.
Children must also meet the minimum height and weight requirements.
Participation is subject to the operating team’s safety assessment.

Cancelation policies of Aktun Chen Zipline, Soar Over the Riviera Maya Jungle

Refunds will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the customer has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:

When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is submitted and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service date.
When the cancellation or date change is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.

NO refunds, whether full or partial, will be granted under any circumstances in the following cases:

No Show: If the customer fails to appear on the scheduled service date and time, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if medical documentation is provided.
