Regulations of Bacalar

The tour operates only with pickup from selected Riviera Maya hotels.
The Bacalar pickup area applies from Hotel Generations to Dreams Tulum.
The supplier may cancel the activity due to adverse weather conditions.
Children under 3 years old are not contemplated for this activity.
Children from 3 to 11 years old pay the child rate.
Guests aged 12 and over pay the adult rate.
The Natural Reserve fee and other taxes must be paid separately.
A valid Mexican voter identification card, INE, is required to use the national rate.
Guests must arrive on time at the assigned hotel pickup or meeting point.

Cancelation policies of Bacalar

Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the service and must receive a new alphanumeric confirmation to be considered effective. Guests will be considered a no-show if they do not arrive within 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. No-shows will be charged in full.
