Regulations of ATV's Xtreme Tulum
"• ATV driver: minimum 16 years old
• ATV passenger: minimum 8 years old
• Basic swimming skills required when the itinerary includes cenote/snorkeling
• For Tulum access, adults pay MXN 500 upon boarding; children under 11 do not require ticket/wristband if they prove their age with ID; without proof of age, ticket and wristband must be paid."
Cancelation policies of ATV's Xtreme Tulum
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
