Regulations of WaveRunner Adventure

Basic driving skills required
Not suitable for participants with limited mobility, pregnancy, recent surgery, or back problems
Pier usage fee: $15 USD per person (cash or card)
Children from 6 years can participate accompanied by a paying adult who signs the waiver
Minimum age to drive: 16 years
Maximum weight: 130 kg / 286 lbs (single), 100 kg / 220 lbs per person (double)
Not allowed under influence of alcohol or drugs

Cancelation policies of WaveRunner Adventure

The service refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the customer has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:

When the service is canceled by the supplier/provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is submitted and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service date.
When the cancellation or date change is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.

NO refunds, whether full or partial, will be granted under any circumstances in the following cases:

No Show: If the customer fails to appear on the scheduled service date and time, no refund will apply, including cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if medical documentation is provided.
