Regulations of Isla Mujeres Pleasure: Catamaran, MUSA Snorkeling & Beach Club

Advance reservation is required
Minimum snorkeling age: 10 years
Minors participating in snorkeling must be accompanied by an adult
Guests over 60 may join the tour but may not participate in snorkeling
Alcoholic beverages may not be served to minors
The dock fee is mandatory for adults and children ages 6+
Snorkeling is subject to weather conditions and Port Authority regulations
If an activity is canceled due to weather and cannot be rescheduled, the supplier's policy for the canceled activity applies

Cancelation policies of Isla Mujeres Pleasure: Catamaran, MUSA Snorkeling & Beach Club

Cancellations must be reported at least 24 hours before service. Late cancellations are considered NO-SHOW. If the Port Authority cancels due to weather and guests cannot reschedule, a proportional refund applies for the activity not performed.
