Experience the natural magic of Xel-Há with a light and affordable option: Light Xel-Há 2025. This pass is designed for those who want to explore the park at their own pace, with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable day without overindulging.
You'll have access to key areas of the park, including showers, lockers, rest areas with lounge chairs and hammocks, and secure storage for your belongings. You'll also be able to use snorkeling equipment, bicycles, life jackets, and inner tubes to enjoy the rivers and coves.
During your visit, you'll have strategic points with self-service refreshments such as mineral water, soft drinks, and ice, available at various points throughout the park between 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Minimum age: All ages.
Original government-issued photo ID is required at the park ticket window or when boarding transportation.

Recommendations of Xel-Há Light
For your visit, please wear a swimsuit, water shoes, and comfortable clothing.
Bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
Your sunscreen, repellent, and sunscreen should only contain titanium dioxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park.
Remember to bring cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs or upgrade to the All-Inclusive ticket.
Regulations of Xel-Há Light
Children under 12 years old and taller than 1.40 m must also present identification to prove their age.
Transportation from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and the Riviera Maya is only included if you add it at the time of purchase.
Reservations canceled more than two days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 2 to 0 days prior to the original arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, are non-refundable. Any change to the visit date may be subject to rate changes.
Date changes cannot be made on the day of your visit.
At Grupo Xcaret, we comply with government regulations by offering smoke- and emission-free spaces. We have designated smoking areas restricted to minors, pregnant women, seniors, and people with cardiovascular and respiratory health conditions.
The only official identification accepted for foreigners is a valid passport. For Mexican visitors, you may present your INE/IFE (National Institute of Immigration and Customs), FM2/FM3 (Spanish National Identity Document), or passport. For children, CURP (Spanish National Identity Document), school ID with photo, or vaccination card will be valid. The original document must be presented, not a digital version.
Cancelation policies of Xel-Há Light
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
