Snorkeling is not allowed for pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy
Snorkeling is not allowed for children under 10 years old
Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult
Snorkeling is not allowed for elderly guests or people with physical disabilities that limit proper body mobility
Guests who refuse to sign the waiver will not be allowed to participate
All guests must follow the crew’s instructions at all times

Cancelation policies of Isla Mujeres Catamaran

A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.

NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
